I hereby declare July a month o' drabbles. Eight drabbles, to be exact. They ranged from cute to humorous to cracky to bittersweet to dark, and featured the boys at various life stages, from their younger years to their child-rearing years.

It’s weird looking back on April and realizing that I wrote fewer fics than I thought: one story and two drabbles (in comparison to one story and seven drabbles in March). I really thought I’d done more than that. But considering the story, at 9,600 words, is the longest thing I’ve written since December 2006, I’m OK with that ( Read more... )

March wound up being quite productive: I wrote one story and seven drabbles. The story was a big deal for me because it's the first thing I've posted since September that was longer than 100 words. While I love writing drabbles, I'd definitely missed writing longer pieces.
